Re: Resident Evil 3 Remake Key Art Leaked on PSN

Possible release date March 31st 2020. https://archive.ph/lZCZq More like failing to deliver on a promise they made to the people who wanted these games in the first place. Not saying that RE2 was bad but it wasn't a remake by the standards of the first one(and no, camera mode has nothing to do with...

Re: Resident Evil 3 Remake Key Art Leaked on PSN

RE2make also reused plenty of assets from RE7. Not to say RE3make is going to be a huge asset flip, but why would any sane dev team remake the RPD when 90% of it is going to be the same? The rumor about RE3make being outsourced just said Capcom Division 1 (which made RE2make) wouldn't be involved, w...

Re: Resident Evil 3 Remake Key Art Leaked on PSN

Why would it be too early? They have the engine, an ENTIRE setpiece, and have the engine outfitted to work in 3rd person. Other AAA studios shit out a new title on a yearly basis. They probably have the majority of the RE2make team now that it's been out to expedite the release of RE3make. RE2make a...

Resident Evil 3 Remake Key Art Leaked on PSN

If you've been living under a rock today, Resident Evil 3 Remake's key art got leaked on PSN of all places and will likely get a trailer on The Game Awards. https://venturebeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/re3r1.png?fit=512%2C512&strip=all https://venturebeat.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/re3r2.p...

Re: Proof Project Resistance was planned to be an Outbreak game from the start

Not really. The core gameplay is more focused on sticking together in cramped maps fighting enemies and shooting traps . Outbreak is best played with a divide and conquer mindset spanning large maps. Project REsistance sticks you in one big area rather than a whole level. It has the base of an Outbr...

Re: Glitches and Game Breaking Bugs

It's also interesting to note that the out of bounds glitch I discovered on BFP doesn't appear to work at all on emulators.

Additional game modes

In File 2, you will see that there are additional lobbies with their own specific rulesets. Here is a small break down for those that are unaware: Free Area Vanilla gameplay. Can select scenarios, eliminations, or showdowns. Nightmare Nightmare mode is on. Enemies deal double damage. Healing items r...

Re: Glitches and Game Breaking Bugs

It could very well be caused by a desync in general. None of the RDT files were edited in any way. I also recall games in the NA version where this happened, but text edits should not yield such a result. I've not played many games on the vanilla game, but I do have memories of the early days of the...

Re: Glitches and Game Breaking Bugs

I don't see how text modifications and ad-lib association could break enemy placement. Sounds like a bad ISO in general.

Glitches and Game Breaking Bugs

I've decided to make this thread in order to address certain glitches that newbies might not be aware of when they first start the game. As this server is an emulation of the original Japanese servers, it isn't perfect, and it may have additional bugs that the original server did not, and even retai...

Re: ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON USING TURBO/DISABLING THE FRAMELIMITER

I would like to point out that it's not entirely out of the question for someone to skip a cutscene and everyone else not being able to. Back when I was on PS2, I'd be able to skip the cutscene while my friends could not.

It was a ban worthy offense. But not permaban. Clearly it needs to be.

Re: ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON USING TURBO/DISABLING THE FRAMELIMITER

To the people scared they will get banned for accidents, we don't have an automated banning system for turbo. These cases aren't judged in a vacuum. Of course each case will be investigated before making decisions. This is how bans have always been performed.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY ON USING TURBO/DISABLING THE FRAMELIMITER

It has come to my attention that there has been a rampant use of turbo during online matches. While turbo has always been considered against the rules, it has gotten so bad that this topic needs its own thread, unfortunately. For those that are unaware, turbo is an emulator hack in PCSX2 that disabl...

Re: Capcom to announce RE game at gamescon 2019

Those movies happened forever ago. They can still salvage the concept if enough people ask for it now. They know now more than ever an Outbreak styled game is what hardcore fans want, and if they make it around the new gameplay of RE2make even filthy casuals could enjoy it too.
