Outbreak Server Resurrection

Tofu suggested to add a chatroom to the site. You can reach it under ...(old url)... Currrently you don\'t need to enter a password and you cannot register your name. Later the chat will use the forum\'s authentification but I am still working on that.

EDIT: After moving to a new domain I wiped the chat scripts. If we need a chatroom again we can easily open one again.
