I know I couldn't mod the voices from file 1 into file 2 USA. USA version The adlibs all show up with the exact same name file. :( I'm not playing file 2 with the file 2 voices. :((
Why don't you use my patch? lol
It works for the USA version? I already customized my Japanese version myself. Custom made to my exacting standards.

yes, an update on progress? im wondering if waiting for this would be more practical than jumping through all of the hoops to play right now...I know these things take time but im real excited about this and have been waiting for something like this for a long time.

When the_fog achieves any demonstrable progress, he will announce it here. We've always said this is going to take a while.

Long story short: Serious showable progress will take approx. one year.

Regardless of how long it takes, thank you again for making this possible. [Personally] after waiting for 7 years I am finally able to play Outbreak online again thanks to you & everyone involved in the server revival :D

I still have my USA File 1 and 2 discs. If or when the USA servers are brought back, it just gives us more options to play. I'll gladly log into the Japanese or US servers if someone wants to play. Hope others would do the same.

It would be bad if we had 2 servers, the community would split up

It would also bring in more people though.
I myself haven't had a chance to play yet because of the complexity of emulators/importing. If the US servers were brought back, I'd finally be able to play online and have plenty of friends I could convince to join the community.
